Layer Adjustments

Mail :)

B&W- In order to adjust this image to b&w, I used the "black and white tool." Once I had selected the tool, I adjusted the lightness and darkness of the black and white.

Roadside

Brightness&Contrast- In order to adjust the brightness and contrast for this picture, I slid up and down the brightness and contrast until I had the lighting I preferred.

 Grace

Color Balance- For this picture I selected a color on a scale that I wanted the color to be tinted. I chose a blue-ish/green color which gave her eyes more of a contrast.

Modest Mouse

Exposure- For exposure, I got to play around with three tools: Exposure, Offset, and Gamma Correction. These tools changed the lightness and darkness of the photo.

Mustang Pride

Hue- To change the hue of this photo, I chose a color (orange) and that was reflected in the orange squares (displayed to the left.)
I could make it more or less contrasting to the other colors using a  sliding tool.

Summer's Boots

Invert- For this photo, I used the tool, "Invert."
That made all the colors opposite (or negative) of what they originally were.

Dashboard

Photo Filter- Using the Photo Filter tool on this photo, I picked a color (teal), then used the lever titled "Density" and slid it up or down depending on how teal I wanted the picture to be tinted.

Road Ahead

Vibrance- For this tool, Vibrance, I used the two levers, "Vibrance" and "Saturation." Sliding the lever up and down on each that displayed different levels of vibrance and saturation.
